一般の方の参観には事前レジストレーションが必要です。
（兄弟児が既に在校生の場合は登録は必要ありません）

入学申込みについてのご案内
26年9月より入学の申込みにつきましては、
オープンハウス後の
5月11日(月)朝9時よりホームページ上にて仮受付を開始いたします。
こちらの仮受付の案内は近日中にご連絡させて頂きます。
●当校では、理事会役員をしていただける方、次に在校生に兄弟姉妹がいるお子さんを優先としておりますのでご了承ください。
●仮申込みは先着順で受け付けさせていただきます。
●定員数を超える申込みがあった場合はウェイテイングリストとなります。その場合は理事会より別途ご連絡申し上げます。
＊在校生の継続手続きは6月初旬に申込み開始します。

About Open House
We will have an Open House at the Victoria Heritage Japanese School.
All classes are available to sit in. This is a great opportunity for family members
considering enrolling next school year.
Date: Friday, May 8th, 2026
Time: 4:15 pm – 5:00 pm Open house
5:00 pm – 5:15 pm School orientation
5:35 pm – 5:50 pm Question and answer session
Venue: Camosun College
Pre-registration is required for people whose siblings are not already enrolled in the school.

the details will be sent by email in late April.
Application Information for the 2026/2027 school year
Applications for admission to the Pre-School Class and other levels from September 2025 can be submitted on our website, starting at 9:00 a.m. on Monday, June 9th.
For siblings of current students who plan to enroll starting in September 2025, the provisional application will be available as of the beginning of June.
●Please note that we will give priority to applicants for Board of Directors positions, followed by children whose siblings are currently enrolled at the school.
● Provisional applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
● If the number of applications exceeds the capacity, applications will be placed on a waiting list. If you find yourself in this situation, the Board of Directors will contact you separately.
*Applications for current students to continue their studies will begin in early June.
